Pyramids and Sphinx Tour

The main highlight of your trip to Egypt is definitely the Pyramids of Giza. In this tour, you will be guided by our Egyptologist to the Pyramids and the Sphinx on a private short trip (about 4 hours), and will get to know the magnificent history behind these gigantic structures that remain standing for more than 4500 years.

You will be picked up from the hotel in the morning, visit the Pyramids of Khufu (Cheops), Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mykerinus). Then you will visit the great Sphinx of Giza, the famous one with the body of a lion with a human head. The Sphinx is a huge statue made of limestone, which is believed to represent King Khafre and there is evidence it’s built around 2500 BC.

After that, you will visit the Valley temple, attributed to King Khafre, which is one of the best preserved structures from the old kingdom of Egypt. It was made for the purification and mummification of the king before his burial.

Later in the day, you will get your private transfer back to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day.
